How to tell if it has limited slip?

If a F150 has the LS from the factory, will it be listed inside the drivers side door?

Found 2 nice 05 Scab's I'm going to go look at this weekend.

Aside from checking the codes, the fastest way to tell is take the truck to a patch of grass, stop, then floor it and see if you left one or two tire marks.

Jack up the rear, spin one tire by hand and depending on the direction of the other tires rotation...that will tell us if you're running an LS or stronger back there.

if gas + gravel or grass = 2 tire marks, proof it's got a LS

if gas + gravel or grass = 1 tire mark, well IMO, don't buy the truck

that gets expensive, and most dealers have real issues with powerbraking
