Truck Exhaust Vids and Trucks Episode Rebuttal

This is partially in response to that latest stupid Trucks episode where they said a stock F-150 couldn't do a burnout and then installed a Rousch supercharger to get it to burnout...what a pile of b.s.

Someone else asked if I had some acceleration vids...

Turn up the volume. the compression from converting the format loses some, but it still sounds nice.

From stop to 45 MPH

Rolling @ 20 MPH to 85 MPH with WOT

Burnout #1 - It's kinda weak

Burnout #2 - More smoke

I've got 3 brakestands under the trucks belt now...no more. Those Wrangler AT/S don't look to happy with that abuse either...oh well. it was fun

yeah, they are making alot more power than I am...that slalom burnout video is cool

I was doing this to prove a stocker can do a burnout. With tires at $250+ a pop, I ain't doing one of those roasters...the 3 burnouts I did made my tires wear funny and did some tread damage already...I can't imagine what a prolonged burnout would do those POS.

Ya well my bros completly stock 4.6 can do a powerbrake. And you must be doin burnouts on some crappy asphalt cause I did a couple the other day and it really didn't wear the tires funny, but when I did some on some old roads a while back it really tore them up

both places were old country roads were they haven't been resurfaced for ~10 years...the rocks are poking up from the tar...my tires look like I took a dremel too them...there are lots of little fluffy bits of rubber here and there...I probly lost 1,000 to 2,000 miles of tread life in about 30 seconds of stupidity

I kinda wish I knew where some smooth concrete was where I could get it wet and maybe add a little bleach with some cheap tires I don't care about...now that would make an amazing smoke cloud and be relatively easy on the drivetrain

Exactly what I did to my first set I had rings going all the way around the tires from the rocks that were sticking throught the asphalt. My most recent ones have been in the middle of nicely paved roads and in the middle of traffic.
