I think you will have to custom fabricate something. I know someone else on here has done it. Your dash angles down toward the front of the cab after the HVAC controls. The ones with the full console do not. It goes straight down.

Yours looks like this:

The ones with a full console look like this:

well to put what I have in mind out there I was thinking of a 2din in dash with a second monitor angled up so after your post and alittle research I think custom may end up being easier.

I know there's a thread about a guy who put the floor shift in an xlt before, he had two floor shift consoles and one was sacrificial. I'll look for the thread when I get home from work.

Are you looking to do a console shift conversion? If so, a couple of us on here have done this. If not there is a guy on here, can't remember the name now, that fabricated connectors between the XLT console and his dash. Looked really professional and was well done. Do a search on consoles or XLT center consoles and it may pop up. I think he did this back in 2005.

Ok, here's the thread from 2005 of the guy who modified his XLT console to connect to his lower dash board

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...ht=xlt+console

If want to do a conversion to the center shifter, you will need to swap out the dash board as it's proprietary between column and console shifters. FX4&HARLEY and myself have both performed this project. His site and mine to an extent have great information on steps to complete the transformation.

Thanks guys for the links. I am not going to be doing the console shifter because it is more money and time than I would car to spend.
