AC Problem.

AC Problem.
Hey all, hoping to not get flamed cuz theres a lot of threads about AC and problems with it, but mines got a problem.
Today , its a 2005 , bought in august of 2005, all of a sudden is now blowing not so cold not so hot air, just warm air out in AC.
now i know people talk about leaking, insufficient charge, etc etc, but what coulda happened that all of a sudden it doesnt want to work?
I only got 3000 miles left on my warrenty, and the tranny has been kickin, and i dont want to see that.
the dealer boned me on this one.
got a lease for 45,000 miles but the warranty is 36,000...
