Couple Questions: Brakes & Injectors

I've got an 04 F150 and yesterday my drivers rear caliper locked up. I called Ford without a response yet about if this will be covered under my warranty. My warranty is up the end of this month. If they will replace the caliper under warranty you think they will replace the pad and rotor along with it if they were damaged. I know the pad was damaged! The glue on the backing was bubbling from the heat! I would much rather do the work myself but..if warranty takes care of cost thats a no brainer.

Also, when Ford does a fuel injector service, what do they do? Any techs in the forums?

Thanks guys.
