You should tuck fine in the rear depending on backspacing. Up front is harder to say until you do it, but don't settle for typical do your own thing. I think it'll look quite nice and even considered doing the front glasswork fenders myself. Gives it a very mean look coming head on. Good luck with what you choose and I hope it works out.

And thump, I doubt he'll be using his truck like that anyhow, correct me if I'm wrong. Those stock coilovers bottomed out on me so often I am so glad I got rid of them. What kind of tires do you plan to go with?

Your going to drop a crap load of money into this. Glassworks are a little over 600, I got quoted like 600 to paint and get them to match up. Your looking at 1000 for replacement coilovers, and on all top of all that BFG Bajas in 37's? Your going to have a lot of money in a non lifted truck. If you are going to drop that much you might as well get some more travel out of it, camburg is comming out with a 2wd spindle, coilover, and UCA package. I would do that wayyyyy befor just a coilver and some baja's. Honestly look into that. If I had a 2 wheel drive I would.

I gotta agree with ThumperMX113. You're wasting your time by just putting bigger meats on the truck. If you want true performance, get the 6-8" of lift, then fits some bigger tires. I do like that bumper you linked, but only the lower part of it. The grill/headlight bars a bit to over the top IMO.

hey ThumperMX113, do you have any rubbing issues?

my wife keeps telling me that the truck won't look good lifted, but everytime I see your sig, I can't help but think she is so wrong. I can't wait to get the $ to do something similar. although, the rousch supercharger looks like fun.

Seems about as plausible as the idea you had a couple months ago of just "dropping" a big block into it .

I agree on the purpose of lifting being clearing bigger rubber. But another purpose is to obtain better breakover, approach, and departure angles.

I like the ideas somewhat, but don't totally follow you here...

I like the main part of that bumper, but the hoops are made with some ridiculously large tubes. Cut the size back on them and it would look a lot like a Road Armor.

37" tires are great and all, but is your IFS going to hold up to 37s? Everything I read says to stay with 35s if you want your front end to live.

You are going to spend a bungload of cash on getting the parts, and paint etc...

It's your rig, and the idea is really cool, I'd love to see it, but for the wheeling I do, not such a good combo. But then again my ideal is a bit on the conservative side for most folks too...
