Nice run good job keeping it a close race. The Chevy guy must have been a idiot because he should have beaten you by alot more than he did with a lighter truck and bigger motor. it just proves you can have the faster car around but if you don't know how to race it you'll never win.

 

I new I had nothing to loose so I just pushed the tree as hard as I could.
.o11 is a kick *** light, normally Im aroud .030-.060. Some of that depends on how quick the truck reacts also (esp. with the drive by wire sys our trucks have) Im not sure I like it better than the good old throttle cable! Bet your butt those cables are cheaper to replace than that sensor if it ever goes out!


He could have been playing with me, or just trying to be nice and not whoop up on me. I didnt talk to him after the race, and I never saw him again in the staging lanes. Could be his truck is junk, or at least ran like a "rock" or he wasnnt expecting the ol 4.6 to come on like I did. Either way, it was a fun race!

Chevy still won, but I dont think for what I have a 16.9 was too terrible. Esp, with only the 87tune.

I was down to the 16.4's by the end of the night, little cooler, and with the 91+ tune! Only thing I could seem to line up with was camaro's and mustang, lighting, srt-10. Wish I could say I made those a close race!
