After scouring the internet for bars I went with the Nastsa stainless steel for my '05 SCAB. I ordered mine from mechanics warehouse on sale for $239 with free shipping. Closest competetor was $299. The only reason I went with Nasta was because the inserts, brackets, and all hardware are stainless also. Disimilar metals=rust. I hope they show up tomorrow. Anyway, it all has to do with what you think you will like on your truck. Future rust was my driving factor. Good luck!

Just picked up an '07 FX4 Super Cab, and need to decide on step bars. I'm thinking of trying the FX2 paint to match bars, what do you all think?

Also, there are about 3 different accessory bars from Ford... where can I go to see pics of the different styles? They have 4" oval, 5" oval, black, stainless, and some other option. They list them all in the accessory catalog, but no pics Seems like a no brainer. Who would order them without seeing pictures? lol. Anyway, I'd like to keep the mostly stock look, so I want to go with Ford bars. My truck is bright red/dark grey two tone.

I like my Hunters. They sell factory direct through Ebay Buy It Now.... Just look for "Popular Link Store" on ebay. I think the price has stayed the same since I got mine over a year ago. $140.00

I have downright abused mine and they keep coming back for more! And they have ended up protecting my rockers on more than one occasion to boot!
