4x4 Fabtech and/or Rancho guys - Your immediate help please!

So I finally have the money to do the lift, the only restriction is maximum height. I cant go over 82" (my garage and the parking garage at work are the reason for this restriction) which I think I can comfortably get with the Rancho. I would prefer, however, the Fabtech lift but I think that might push me over 82". What is your maximum height of your truck with 35's? I am hearing about 81" for the Rancho (thanks Copenhagen848) and about 82-83" for the Fabtech. Could you guys please chime in and tell me:
1. Do you have a Rancho or Fabtech
2. If fabtech, do you have coilovers or not
3. Maximum height of your truck
I plan on purchasing the lift this week so a quick response is greatfully appreciated. Thanks in advance, guys, and I promise to post pictures when I am done.

I don't know the measurements but I can fit in my garage with my sunroof tilted (BARELY), on 37's fabtech w/coilovers. Seems like you researched your stuff, thanks!

Not hijacking this thread by any means, Im also interested in total heights. But Josiah you have 37's with only the fabtech 6" and coilovers? I had been looking at the fabtech 6" with a set of donahoe racing adjustable coilovers so i could fit 37's will that work??

Yep, but I would strongly suggest a 3" body lift, you're going to have regrets when your fenders start pulling off.
