How do I post a pic in the body of a message ?

What I recommend is go to a picture hosting site, such as Image Shack and upload your picture there. They will give you a direct link to image. Simply copy the link, and then in the body of your posy, click on the "insert image" tab (looks like mountains with a square, black sun. When the pop up box opens, paste the URL to the image into it and press okay. You have now posted an image. If you need a step by step, ask and I will create one with pictures.
