i really like that, it keeps it out of the way but close by when needed, if you dont mind me asking where did you get the brackets to do that? did you have to make them your self?

http://www.havis.com/ and they take FOREVER....

1 month and it was 170 (i believe, it was sooo long ago :-P ) but that includes specific brackets for your controls.

I ordered:
2" filler plate
Plate for HFS295 Whelen Siren
Plate for a Motorola CDM 1550 VHF radio
and then I have that large gap up there for the switch panel

Wise choice for the lighting control. Thats what PD uses here, the pursuit switch is very handy. Here the first one is front lights, middle is rear lights, and the third (all the way) is everything.

All of the "emergency service" mods are a TAX DEDUCTION!!!!!!!

I am also a firefighter (Captain) and EMT in the Philadelphia area.

I too had the bench seat and decided to remove it for the center console. There are multiple ways on mounting your equipment. One is the jotto no drill console (which is pricey.)

$330.00 though

[QUOTE=Copeland!]I ordered a floor console from car-parts.com and installed it yesterday. All of the switches, sirens, and radios will be mounted within this console. Here are a few pics of the install.

How did you find the console on car-parts.com. I cannot find one

You should be able to search for misc interior parts. Then you just have to sort through everything.

This truck ever finished? Would love to see it with its lightbar and such on. I'd really like to turn my truck into a "recovery rig" during the winters, was looking at a led light bar myself
