Replace cab overheads with LEDs

Replace cab overheads with LEDs

Can I just unscrew the regular ones and screw in LEDs? And where/what LEDs do I need to replace these with. I searched but can't find anyone who's done this.

Search some more... there are a few threads that have TONS of info... type "white dome light" on the search for starters...

I have a couple pics in my gallery too
