I had a job opportunity in GA and they canceled it and now I'm not going to be able to move up there and I can't keep the truck. This is why I'm looking for someone to keep it.
This sucks

ya man, this suck.

Because of that SOB canceling the job I will be loosing the $1k deposit I gave to the stealer. I spoke to stealer and explained everything and they don't want to give me a credit.

It even suck more when you have a 3 month old baby and you know you could save that money for him.

In washington state anyways, it is against the law for the dealer to keep the deposit.... I would talk to an attorney

Do you need some other type of vehicle? The dealer would probably be willing to let you use the deposit towards another vehicle on his lot instead. Perhaps a nice minivan to go with the new crumb-cruncher?
