Suggestions for final warranty service...

Alright, so I'm just under my 36,000 miles and I've been putting off taking my truck in just in case I had other things come up. I'm taking it in to service in the morning and here's my list:

Driver's Side Door switches not illuminating
When engine is cold and under acceleration, it sounds like air is escaping like maybe a bad gasket? Is this even possible?
All doors sound like they're going to fall off when I run over bumps (Scab doors, I want them to check hinges / alignment)

Any suggestions on how to word some of these to make sure they take them seriously? I know from experience that better descriptions tend to get better results. Any thoughts at all?

Also, is there anything that you try to get your dealer to lump in with warranty service?

Thanks!

If it isn't broke, they can't fix it.

Most dealers dislike folks who come in at the last few miles just for warranty stuff, and they ain't gonna be in a hurry to "fix" your "problems" if they aren't legitimate.

If your concerns really are legit, then good deal, they oughta fix you up. If you're just trying to get things caught before you run out of warranty, you'll probably get shut out.

No, the stuff I listed is "legit" ... I just hate taking it in multiple times for little stuff... I'd rather let it accumulate... well now I'm at the point where I've accumulated all I can before time runs out.

I was just wondering if there was anything in general I should ask them to look at just for a check up.
Anyway, I took it in this morning and gave them the items I listed above. If I can get at least the door switches and door latches/alignment fixed, I'll be happy!

Can I get the spark plug TSB taken care of under warranty even if I'm not having problems with my plugs? I don't want to run into this problem a few years down the road and get hit with a huge repair bill.

Yes, you can but there will be a fee for the service.

I did at like 30k miles because I wanted to get it done before the warranty ran out... so if there were a problem, I could either have the ford house take responsibility or have the warranty cover it. I was up-front and told them the reason I was changing them early was to prevent problems. When the service manager figured out that I knew about the "issue" then he had no problems completing the work. It did cost me about $160 though...

Can you tell me which TSB # this is. I would rather spend 160.00 now than dumping a *****load later. Im going in Sat, coincidentally for the window switch lights too. I would like to discuss this with my dealership.
I have 24,000 on an 04 right now so I still have some time.
Thanks
