all you '07 owners

i posted this in another tread over in suspension, really wanted to get this out. I was at the local Ford dealer today asking a mechanic friend of mine about these lifts and he told me that i need to bring my truck up there and tell them that it is pulling to the right(which its not). He told me that Ford stopped putting these certain spacers on there that allow the truck to be aligned. He said if i brought my truck up there within the first 4 or 5K miles they would replace them for little to nothing(cant remember how much he said). Also that it would cost around $500 to get the spacers put in later for alignment. So if you or someone you know has a 07 F150 let them know quick. Thank yall.

Huh?????

Talk to your friend and get details and post those. That might be helpful for 07 owners. Just saying it pulls isn't going to get a service tech to do anything, especially when they test drive and find nothing wrong....

Exactly, I'm guessing there's nothing to this.

I was asking him about a leveling kit, but that’s another story. I talked to him again; he said that the trucks come with set alignment spacers that do not allow adjustment. Sounds stupid to me also. He said if I bring it in and tell them its pulling to the right that they change them under warranty for free. Is it BS? Maybe, but I’m putting my leveling kit on tomorrow and it will need aligning. If they change out these "special" that we've been talking about then they must align it. Therefore free alignment job. Just trying to spread the word about it and save yall some money.

My guess is they tell you that the pulling to the right is caused by your modification (Levelling kit).....but good luck i guess.
