Nice truck, and great choice on the two-tone.

Thanks. The only thing I would have done different is got the 6.5' instead of the 5.5, but as we know they didn't have them in 05 crews. And if they did i couldn't find one.

Ok, gotta ask. How do you see his pics?

I see all these posts, where people have put pics up.. but damned if I can see 'em. I look on people's public profiles but still don't see anything.

Nice truck. Are the HIDs bi-xenon or did you lose your high beams? And red_candle you should be able to see them if you click on the little camera icon in the top right corner of their post.

The HIDs are single beam, I got a great deal on them and there's definately no need for high beams. If it was legal I would drive with just the fog lights on, cause they're almost as bright as the stock headlights, just aren't aimed as high. I need to figure out how to aim my headlamps in a better pattern because I get the bright flashes alot from other drivers, some are pretty pissed off too.

yea i went thru the same thing.... i aimed them down, but still felt like i was blinding people so i took them out until i can do a retrofit. compared them to my girlfriend's 05 acura tl's hid... and without a projector they have too bad of a glare and blind on coming drivers.

also i was pulled over and given a written warning for them once, and on another occation the cop turned his white spotlights on top of his car on to send a message that my lights were too bright when he approached me as an oncoming car on the highway.

yeah, the worst part is when you're at a redlight behind any midsize car and even trucks. They start turning around and flipping there rear view mirror around. I don't wanna blind people, just want the HIDs. I hope someone can figure it out, i don't want to do a retrofit by myself, and cant afford to pay anyone else to do it for me.
