i can tell the torque difference between my parents and mine, but mine is quicker, and the only other thing i like about theres other then torque is the stiffness in the pedal hell you bearly have to touch that thing.

Yeah but yours is probably a 4.6L in a Mustang. I still say there was no PSD F-250 killed by a 4.6L F-150. No way, not in a fair honest heads up (both drivers know about it) race. The 5.4L isnt even barely enough for these trucks, let alone a 231hp 4.6L. Thats like 180whp...

well considering he got on his before i got on mine i would say it wasnt fair but i still pulled ahead, and ill go against another stock f250 any day of the week to show the story again, i know i can beat the f350 dually done that more then once, but like i said many people around here with those trucks just leave them stock.

edit: last summer there was a kid in the area with a 240sx claiming that the 150's was slow and so on so i lined them up with him and he pulled me off the line because i sat and spund tires, but when we did a roll race i had him all the way by a car. but i havent really ran it awhole lot ive only had a few chances to run it and most of them was by other trucks either going down the highway or right before you get on the highway.

I still say that he must have not been trying to race you, just messing with you.. I drove this one, and it was lifted and FAST..

ive drove them too, and i dont think he would go up that high above the speed limit if he just wanted to toy with me, i know of alot of cars punching it beside me and such to see what my truck has because of the straight pipes but none have gone to that extent.

I had an F-250+ on I'd say 40+ tires try to take me at a light. He was 'Strokin in a modded way, but, he was no match at all both times. The first time, I didn't think we were racing until he floored it, and he gave me the ricer flyby at 70+ in a 45 (I shut down at 60 mph, 1.5 lengths ahead despite his head-start) followed by the pathetic train horn. That was on 87 tow tune. Loser...

I love to match up with a stock PSD at a stop light/drag tree. It'd nice and fun to put the hurt lock on one.

I put the hurt lock on one of my co-worker's regular cab Duramax..lol

give us another 2 valves per cylinder and the 5.4 would have no chance in hell... i must say though, with the right mods on the 4.6, it can compete with the bigger motor.

ridge, i had a 350 diesel, and i hate to say it, but if he DID have something in the bed of the truck, he would have pulled better than if he was empty. those motors are workhorses, the more you give em, the better they perform.
