Well that sounds good so far, but how does it perform on the butt dyno? Do you notice a difference in accerleration or response?

So you say its louder on heavy acceleration - is that loud because of all the air coming in, or is it loud because of the vibration or drone that plagues other kits like Airaid and Volant (I have had both and experience both drone - Volant was worse than Airaid).

Thanks!
I believe they are only going to send this with the never oil filter. That is the impression that I got from Aaron.

looks nice and all, but i've just been wondering...

how different can you make a plastic tube and an airbox/filter from one company to another? is it just the fact that it's sealed on the bottom vs. the other styles that seal against the hood that make the difference?

numbers look nice enough, but i don't think i'd pay more than $150 for it.

edit: n/m i just read outlaws site. they at least have something to back up their claims which is more than most CAI companies. i may try it in the future if i could get my hands on one at a decent price.

When this thing first came out, I emailed, and he emailed back in a few days and said I was on the list and would write me back when it was time to send money.

Same here. I emailed again earlier this week, and Aaron said we should hear something by the end of the week maybe. I can't wait to put this thing in!

I cannot (will not) update the PDF and e-mail. I am also not comfortable FAXing. However, I did not try to FAX, but the FAX is answered by a voice service.

I sent an e-mail to Aaron requesting additional options to make payment.

I just got off the phone with Aaron Morant with Outlaw. I was able to give him my credit card information over the phone instead of faxing. He said that I should expect a receipt and shipment tracking number Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I can't wait to install this sucker and try it out!

To order over the phone Call 1.888.342.4133 ext.1

Hey-O!!
