Just ordered some Bilstein shocks...

Finally bit the bullet and ordered a set of Bilstein lift shocks from TopGunCustomz - if you order from them make sure you get their ebay price and not the one on their website, its about $10 different.

Couple quick questions...

1. I am going to install the rears myself. I originally removed my 4x4 blocks, but I am going to be putting them back on. Which would be easier - install the blocks and then the shocks, or the other way around? Or should i remove the shocks, put the blocks in, and then install the bilsteins? I am not too keen on suspensions so I dont know how everything is all tied in together back there.

2. I just talked to a shop and they quoted me right at $250 for installing the front shocks and an alignment - seem like a good price?

Oh yea, I also just ordered the Roush grille - they still have the $150 special going on. So come this spring I will have an upper and lower street scene grille if anyone is interested.

I would put the rear lift blocks in first, then change out the shocks.
The extra height should help with the shock install.

I was quoted $75 for the front install. I don't think that included allignment. Also check out Denunzio racing they have them for 140 each for the frints
