Take the idea of the new wheels and tires and throw them out the window.
The roush anything and throw that out the window. Roush is good stuff, but way over priced.. like banks stuff.

Buy some polyurethane bushing and end links for the front sway bar.
Swap out the shocks you already have and save your money for the repainted bumper. Radar detector? Just slow down a little bit and keep an eye out. Driving fast doesn't really get you there that much faster. You don't need anything rainbow unless you live in San francisco.

There.. I just saved you a ton of money and time. Quit being OCD.
San Francisco... way to stereotype

The Roush shocks are just repainted Bilstien shocks I believe. I would buy a set of front Bilstiens, that is what I have and I love the ride. Front sway bar is good just replace the endlinks with polyurethane like Khendrix said and that will be fine. Then get a Hellwig rear sway bar and you will be all set for a improved handling package.

no sway bar endlinks for 2wd. But the sway bar bushings are nice.. with grease fittings too.

Stylinpix... I think i have the same problem even tho i have the 4X4 GF 2.3 kit. Just on my way home i was thinkin about how nice it would be to have the roush struts up front... they are pricey...252 last time i checked. Now you've made me want to buy a rear sway bar. Cant wait till I'am employed so I can spend every single pay check on my truck

I gouged up two of my rims... and the 22's are too big up front so thats why I need 20's and new tires up front

If I'm tearing the front end apart why not do everything at once?

I like the idea of a full poly bushing kit with a bigger sway bar up front and some kind of swaybar out back, I drive aggressive at times and would like to have less body roll

my radar detector is in my dash, had to cut it up to stick it in there, I used it as a volt gauge most of the time and it was nice knowing where the cops were.... even tho I've been caught speeding with it, I still miss the early warning that Im gonna get pulled over

they are too big far as low as I want to go on astatic drop, the 22s up front lok out of proportion to the 22s out back with a raked stance (which I don't have anymore) I really like the look of the dgmotorsports f150 on 22s and 24s but I wout rather ber two inces lower and have a smaller rim tire combo then sit up high (yes I know its still a truck)

Its not your wheels but your tire size

its a little bit of both, the tires are 31.7 tall and on top of that the rims are 9.5 wide with a +25mm offset, I can get the 20x9.5 with +30mm offset and a smaler tire (29ish tall) which will alow me to slam the front, since my obvious goal is to have a lot of static drop for more of a raked street rod look (like the mickey thompson f150) as opposed to the baller throw some dubs on look it I have now, and no I will not bag it, I've been down that road before and I will never do it ever again, it looks awesome, but its not for me.

IMO f150 can make 22 inch wheels look soo small on some truck from certain angles. IMO 24s are perfectly porportional for our trucks .

ya at stock height with stock offset,
the 275/45 22's arnt gonna fly on a 9.5 wide rim with a +25 offset at stock height let alone slamed. i'm looking into my options with a smaller tire as we speak, my front rim tire combo looks stupid

this is what I want:
