Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm waitin for my tax return to get back (like everyone else) then I'll make a decision as to what exactly I'm gonna do. I'll probably know within 1-2 weeks, so I'll send you guys that are interested an email when I figure it out.

Also, is the maggie 14" the way to go or should I consider the roush?

Hostile if I do anything it will just be a muffler swap.

Thanks again

Wish had some people closer to me so I could hear these exhausts. I'd like a little more sound out of mine but I don't want it loud. I owned a Grand Cherokee 5.9 and Dodge Durango 5.9 R/T and both sounded really good from the factory with their special exhausts. Neither were too loud but enough to sound good to the driver. I don't need the neighborhood to hear me.

The magnaflow is probably right for you then..it sounds great has a nice low rumble it's just not loud enough for me personally. If you go to the magnaflow website they have a soundclip of what our trucks sound like. Also people on the forum have clips.

I had a 14" and I thought it was too loud so I went to a 24". Yes, 14" will be louder than an 18". By how much is hard for anyone to say because we don't know how loud you want it.

Sounds clips are tough. I've never found those all that useful. In person is alwayss better. But I'll dig a little more and see what I can find.

headers cost $450, cats were $50 each I had to buy an O2 extension $25 I did the install at my Dads shop and he made my exhaust. but I had the magnaflow kit 16614 so I used the tail pipes from that.

And I still pass emissions

Hmmm I might have to look into that setup minus the headers cuz I hear they're a pain to install on these trucks...notice any performance gains?

GO WITH THE 14" MAN. I REPLACED MY AERO 24" WITH THE 14" MAGNAFLOW AND IT SOUNDS NICE. I need to hear mine from the outside a little more though.Im still thinking of removing my rear two cats as well. With this muffler you can keep it somewhat quite if you ever need to.

MATT i was just looking at your gallery, WHERE did you get that probox??? ive been looking FOREVER for a ported box to fit under that seat...my amp is under the passenger rear seat like yours. where did you get that thing man?

i see its upward firing...does the cone hitting the seat ever have an effect on sound or quality if its turned up? (does the cone have enough space for excursion)

You can find a dealer by going to www.proboxrocks.com I had an 500W amp and it didnt hit the seat but Just but a 1200W amp in and it hits the seat still sounds awsome.
