"04 instrument cluster removal

I'm getting ready to switch out instrument clusters on my '04 F150 lariat. I did a search but didn't find anything on detailed removal.
Can anyone help?

Thanks
Figgy

Why switch the Lariat cluster? Those are pretty nice right from the factory.

I agree, but in this case I am changing it from a kilometer cluster to a miles per hour cluster (bought truck in Canada). I asked questions on different sites trying to figure out a way to just change out the face only and not go through the expense and having to have the mileage set etc. But I finally just gave up and bought the new cluster. Just hope I can do it myself without screwing it up, the cluster ws expensive enough.
Thanks

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying, I'll go away now.
