Our trucks have alarm.. right?

I mean, everytime I lock my doors with my keyless I'm also setting the alarm.. right?
I mean, I have heard my truck's claxon thousand times when I mistakely push the alarm(panic) button..., but that makes me thing that if the door is opened with out deactivating the alarm.. it will come off.. right?

they arent actually alarms, they are just wired to the horn to make it sound that way, that way if someone heres it honk when you lock it they think that its a real alarm.
