What was the last year they offered the Heritage? I thought it was 2004 but I've got a Ford salesman telling me he has an 05 Heritage.

Like they said, 04 is the year. To sell cars it's not necessary to have any knowledge of the vehicles you sell. "They'll teach you"... And with the turn over most dealers have, they aren't teaching you much. So don't listen to em...
