Got my hood painted and installed.

Me too, but mine is a new stock hood.

I'm not so sure about this hood but if you like it than thats all that matters!

ChadS98GT sorta strange looking.....how much lighter is it over stock if it's carbon fiber?
Im not really sure how much lighter this hood is but I dont think it is too much lighter considering he stock hood isnt made out of metal.


It's different, but I like it. Really gives your truck a nice look. Can we have some more details?

I got the hood used out of the classifieds so I don't really have too much information, but I did find the same hood without the vents at this site.

The hood is indeed made out of aluminum, very light.

Ya I meant it wasn't made out of steel. But the stocker is definetly light.

. . and not durable in accidents, I'm sure you seen the pictures of what happened to my hood in the accident!!
