Well, I came up with 345/365. It is rated at 412hp 445 torque for the non intercooled kit I believe. That was run with a stock tune minus the limiter. I have since added the pulley and a tune for that and it feels a little better now. I'm still waiting on that intercooler, then I'll be in business.

Matt, did you get a 2lb lower to boost you to 8 psi or did you add 8 psi on top of the roush 6 psi? Also have you had a chance to dyno with the new pully and tune?

Its a 2 lb lower, and I haven't dynoed it yet. It helps a lot on these cold days, it really hauls ***........but in the hot days it suffers quite a bit without the intercooler. The day we did the dyno it was in the 80's I believe.

i wish i was in that standard 320-360 range... maybe my wheels are why i dynod so low, that and the speed limiter. id like to go back with stock wheels and no speed limiter and see what itd do.

im pretty much done modding for the time being but the 350 mark would be nice to hit...

Current #'s are below in sig. We'll be adding more spark with the summer gas, and my #'s will be better, especially torque. We had lots more torque especially before dialing it back for winter.

H.O. MAF (95mm) from Whipple, Gibson catback, Nitto 285/45 X 22 NT420S on Pacer Gellyn 127C 22 X 9.5. Whipple S/C complete kit with air intake and intercooler. Custom dyno tuning. Need to get a boost gauge back on it and see if we have any "room" left on stock bottom end.

Got my eye on a built short block.....

I've sure learned a great deal from the more experienced folks here. Thanks!

Lee

Hello all I'm looking for a smaller upper pulley maybe a quick change any body know the exact size of the stock upper pulley on the Roush non inter cooled kit I'm looking to up the boost only 2 psi max on stock internals for a total of 10 psi also any body know how lean is to lean for this engines.5.4 3V I think im rich A/F 11.5 avarege from 2500rpm to 4500rpm then 10.9 at 4700 then jumps to 13.0 by 5500

I wouldn't go any higher than 8psi without the intercooler. 10 psi and no intercooler is going to be some HIGH intake temps with a roots blower. Basically any gains from 2 more psi wil probably be reversed by the high intake temps and pulling timing.

McDover was getting the pulley made. I can't answer any of your questions.
