The S-Cab is a sportier pickup. I'm 6'7" and the bigger doors are a plus. There isn't much room in the back seat, but I don't need much. So I chose the sportier look of the S-Cab over the four door. Plus, with the front seat all the way back I can still have my arm out the window. And it dosen't look like I'm driving from the back seat. But, if carrying people was important I would have gone with the S-Crew.

I opted for a scab because I like the longer front doors and the suicide rear doors, they are more practical for me. And I have no need for the larger back seat of a screw.

The only thing that would hold me back from getting a screw is not being able to find one in a 6.5' bed. The extra foot in the bed means a whole lot to me, im still trying to get used to this small bed coming from a long bed F350. I would do the Screw in a heartbeat over any supercab mainly because the supercab suicide doors are so hard to open in tight spaces. You ever tried to get in the back seats when parked next to a car? Not easy, if even possible. No doubt my next one will be a Screw with a 6.5' bed.

When I was shopping I test drove a Screw and a Scab, and I had a harder time seeing out of the Screw due to the B pillar being further forward. I found myself leaning forward to look around it when looking left. I'm 6'2" so I have to sit back further than some people, so they might not notice that.

I guess I will have to drive one before I say that hands down I would get a screw over a Scab. I am also 6'2" and visibility is very important to me as well. Guess there are Pros and cons to both setups.

Screw for sure. I've ridden in the back of a scab and the difference is easily noticeable.

I went with the scab because I didn't like how small the front windows were it seemed to reduce your side views, I wish that FORD would make the screw's a true full 4 door. Right now it seems like the front doors are 3/4 size and the rear doors are full size, they are still sharp looking trucks I just liked the full front door on the scab. My next truck will be a screw when ford brings out the next new series of trucks.

I went with a supercab because I needed the 6.5" bed so I could put my fourwheeler back there with the tailgate closed.

I went with the SCAB because it just felt better while driving. At the time I didn't know the doors were smaller but the truck just didn't feel quite right. I also sit a bit further back being 6'5", and I don't normally have people in the back, but really it just came down to how it felt during the test drive. To each their own.

I went with my Scab for most of the reasons listed....also I've never liked the lines of the screws since the first gen., looks unproportional to me no matter what size bed.
