Could Someone recommend...

decent aftermarket rotors and pads to replace the P.O.S ones i have on there now.

i want to get my brakes squared away soon ( brakes have 40,500 miles on em and the rotors are warped badly) before i start getting mods for it.

MOD LIST

windows tinted to max legal limit.
edge tuner.
air raid jr.
2.5'' auto springs.
the biggest tire i can stuff into the wheel well with minimal rubbing.
stock 4x4 blocks for the rear if i dont like the level look.

and then i'll see where i wanna go after i have all that done.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

i used the EBC slotted and dimpled rotors and the EBCGREENSTUFF extreme suv pads. i am very happy with them. i havent done the rears yet but i can tell you the rears get dirty before the fronts even think about it. they stop well also. i think tire rack sells them. i got mine from autoanything but it took forever to get them.

quick question.

when you took your rotors off. did you have to take the hub off with them or do the rotors unbolt seperately from the hub?

those rotors look nice, how long are your pads lasting you? i've heard that slotted rotors chew up pads pretty fast.

i think on the 2 wheel drives you have to remove the hub assembly. on the 4wheel models its just the rotor. ive had them on for 10000 miles on them and they arent worn very much.

How much did you end up paying? I remember looking them up and they were pretty pricey.

yes they are a little pricey. but me being able to stop and not have the annoying dust is well worth it. for the 2 wheel drives they are 500.00
i guess you can look around and maybe find them cheaper. but brakes are the last thing i want to cinch on.
