It looks like a layer of tint you put over your head and tail lights. I have a couple of concerns????

How durable are they?
How much light actually escapes them (especially the headlights and fogs)

 

I believe stuff like that is illegal in certain states. But the site states that 17% of the light gets trapped and only 83% gets through.

 

anyone actually tried them yet?

 

I have seen them advertised in the back of my Car and Driver Mag. I have the link but its a work and I am at home til Monday. I have no experince in them but have considered them myself, Monday I 'll post the link it has actual pictures on it on different vehicles.

 

i had them years ago on my 1979 tran am, looked realy cool! couldnt see a dam thing at night! but i looked cool!
