lift questions....

ive been trying to figure out what my options are for some time now. basicly what it is is i want to do a 6inch lift with the front leveled, but due to the fact that i MUST be able to fit into parking garages, im afraid the total 10ish? inches of hight i would gain from lift and tires would be too much even tho im only a 2wd. what im trying to achieve is a hight somewhere between that of my 2wd with front spacers, and that of my truck with a 6inch lift... ive looked at some options like the 3inch skyjacker, but what im really wanting to do is ultimately end up with about 4-5 inches of lift in the front, and have the truck sit level. is there a way to run 4wd shocks and coilovers up front but "correct" the UCA angles so i would still be able to add a spacer to it? im also open to any suggestions you have....

You could always add a 3 inch body lift and a 1.5 or 2 inch Autospring spacer up front. Also, I'm not sure if the 4x4 lifts will work on a 4x2. I know Pro Comp and Fabtech make a 6 inch lift for 4x2's. Skyjacker also makes a full suspension lift for 4x2's but I'm not sure what size it is.

dont really wanna do the bodylift route, even tho thats starting to look like my only real option...... i guess what im really hopeing for is that their is a way to correct the UCA angles so that i can add the 4x4 shocks/coilovers and then add a spacer... money isnt a huge factor, but i would prefer the cheapest route, and i know that the bodylift would be much more expensive than going this route(if its possible...). what is different on the 4wd that gives the extra height and doesnt mess with the uca angles?

Scratch...I just figured out you had a 2wd. Was going to suggest Rancho but isnt going to work for you.

One thing to remember.

Most people go with larger tires to fill the wheel wells. That will also add height.

i know, any thats why i was figureing that with a 6inch plus tires i would be too high for parking garages but with about 6inches total(tires and smaller lift) i would be ok.... everyone thanks for the help so far, even tho it looks like you guys confirmed what i didnt want to hear! guess i might just have to deal with AS and bigger tires.....
