Damn Thump,
Glad to hear your ok though bro. You can always replace your truck, just make sure when you talk to the insurance company you give them a detailed list of the mods you have done to the truck. Even though you might have gotten them cheaper, give the insurance company the highest suggested retail of every mod you have done and tell them that, that is the cost to replace and that should cover all of your mods, your deductable, and then some. Good luck bro, glad everyone was ok. TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO BUCKLE UP!!!

Glad to hear you're okay.
Alcohol in the vehicle? Hope everyone was 21 or there could be some charges involved.
Coming from personal experience.... always just go ahead and hit an animal that runs in front of you (unless it's the size of a cow or horse ).
Hitting an animal = a comprehensive insurance claim. No deductible, no hike in insurance premiums. Swerving to avoid an animal and subsequent wipeout = collision claim. You pay the deductible, your premiums go up, etc., etc. (even if the damage from the wreck was probably much less than actually hitting the animal).
I had the exact same wet pavement / swerve to avoid a deer accident happen to me that taught me the above. That's also when I quit running mud tires and started running something with a good wet traction rating.

Well I'm not even sure if we're going to end up turning it into insurance. The cop told us that most insurance agencies will deny it and drop you since my truck was lifted so I have no idea what is going to happen. Most of the mods are safe though, only a few.
