i removed the back seat for a coulpe of days on my 06 crew and i went to put it back in the other day and the seatbelt for the middle seat was all rolled up and it was locked....i looked for a release on the side and couldnt find anything

does anyone know if there is a way to release the seatbelt out

Yep, I replace a seatbelt on my car and it was locked until I installed it. Also make sure it's on right.
