2006 Regular Cab, Longbed

Hey guys, just sold my ranger to a friend and was going to buy a new one when I saw this little jewel on the lot: Regular Cab Longbed XLT 4x4 in dark shadow grey metallic. I want to heavily modify it but for some of these mods I am afraid that the warranty will void. So heres a list, and if you guys could tell me what you think about either the warranty or how you think it will look in the end then have at it.

6" Lift Kit(not sure what brand)
American Racing Outlaw II Rims
BFG All-Terrain T/As
Edge evolution programmar
gibson exhaust system
Grille Guard
Kc SlimLites
Auxiliary Reverse Lights
Billet Grille
Billet Fuel Door
K&N Air Ontake System
Rhinoliner Bedliner
Front Reciever Hitch
Warn Portable Winch System
Suspension Stabilizers
Electric Trailer Brake Controller
Few other odds and ends

Tell me what you think, as for the performance mods, I am very anxious to hear if the warranty will still cover it if something goes wrong. Its great to be on this site and again, Have At It!

Well the biggest problems on there for warranty is the Edge Evolution programmer, 6" suspension lift, and intake. Not a good combination to put on if you are worried about warranty. The exhaust, suspension, and drivetrain warranty would be void if I am not mistaking. unless you find a mod friendly dealer like I have near me, they turn their head and ask if you want to purchase a supercharger next!

I do need the bed space. Camping Gear, Dirt Bikes. I haven't bought the truck yet but have asked about it. It has the transfer case shifter on the floor.
The longbeds don't look that bad if they are lifted though.

They also have a Regular Cab Shortbed On The Lot Also. This one is a similarly-equipped FX4. It is around the same price too. I am considering this also with the same mods listed above. This might be the best route.

Go with the short-bed, it'll look sick.

Get the 6" RCD!

I have a regular cab short bed and I've been able to haul all I need to haul. My Fully dressed BMW fits in the bed (at an angle but it is far larger than a dirt bike) and the bed is very deep. The bed and the space behind the seat give me plenty of room. Also, the short bed and regular cab gives it a short turning radius. Great truck.

I like the long box, but at times it seems to be a waste and then other times I could've used 2 more feet. Don't think I've seen a reg cab long box lifted, there doesn't seem to be many of them around.

Wow, you guys were right. That would look like crap.

Alright then, I'm going down tomorrow and getting myself another Chevy Silverado. They look much better with a longbed.

nothing wrong with the long beds

its funny here all the wimpy guys with beds too small to do any real work who have 4x4 and posi who think taking their trucks off road means parking them in the lawn

you know who you are, the same people who bought mini vans when they were popular, and then all bought explorers in the early 90's
