well i got dealer cost on it since i work at a shop for $450, it is navi compatable, it cost like 200 to put it on, i havent done that yet though. ive been wanting to

That looks really good.

I was looking at those and the 7" flip out and went with the dual xdvd 8182 (7" motorized flip out with touch screen) because I did not want people to walk by and see a screen and it is easy to hide, plus the screen is a little larger than those.

After you've had that in for a while let us know how you like it because I have read so many mixed reviews on Jensen touch screen monitors.

 

I like it but i might be biased.



I don't know if you know but there is a way shut off the parking brake lock out feature, let me know if you want to know how to do it.

I love it and I haven't had any problems with it or the other Jensen HU that I had before. It has a lot more features than some of the other units at a cheaper price as well. I think what i like most is the giga mp3. I just put a bunch of songs and videos on a dvd and then i dont have to change disks all the time.

 

i love mine, its awesome, the giga dvds is a big plus too, ive had the same cd in there for a long long time. what is it? 999-1500 songs on 1 dvd mp3?

whats the lockout code, ive heard the ones with the numbers and the stop button, is the stop button the band one as well???? hit me on pm if u dont want to post it

 

04yellowf150 which dash kit did you use? It seems like mine sit more flush with the rest of the dash.

i ordered mine from crutchfield, the shop i work at, the dist we get stuff from was sold out of them. kinda made me mad, but i noticed that too, i like how urs is flush. unless i didnt install it right.

I have the Metra kit that I got from a local car audio place when i got my first HU(single din) but it had the double din cutout in the same kit. Your kit looks like it is moore rounded around the edges and even if it did get recessed wouldnt look right. That second pic makes it like like it sticks out at least an inch or more.

 

well that one thing came with the deck itself, it attaches itself to the cage. i must be missing a step or somethin somethin on mine, if not then imma get a different kit, but i dont know cause mine and urs looks alot alike, mine just sicks out
