Downshift clunk/bang... 07 with 200 miles..

Got an 07 with 200 miles on it.. It's got the 3-2 downshift bang/clunk.. Looked for a TSB, but said it only covered up to 05 models.. Noticed some alluding to the fact that a tuner would get rid of it.. Is this true?
Thanks for any insight...

A pcm reflash was the tsb for the bad 3-2 downshift. I had an 05 with a real bad 1-2 upshift. Would make you cringe when it happened and it started doing it with only a few hundred miles on it. Reflash fixed it. If you can reproduce it for a tech, let dealer reflash it first ( if there is an updated calibration for your pcm code yet ). Print out the tsb and take it with you to the dealer, your truck is too new to let them slide. You may have ended up with a pcm program code with the same crappy shift strategy.
