Can't answer your question about fit and quality....but

I like it, except it has the honeycomb, and I want tubes...

Been thinking about doing the navigator grill

 

I haven't had that specific grill I had the bar version and I hate it. The chrome job was poor on the honey comb parts and it was flaking off. The chrome was also turning a yellowish color. I would avoid any cheap plastic chrome and try to find a real ford grill on ebay or quality aftermarket like carriage works or rousch.
