I just bought my Edge Evo back in Sept. When it arrived I tried to install it but the device would not read the PCM from my truck. I contacted Edge the next day and they gave me the code to reset the unit and assisted me while I installed it in the truck. No problems since. I love the performance boost and the real-time guages are really nice. Enjoy

If you read the instructions you won't have any problems. The instructions are really good, and I don't see how you could mess it up. Just make sure you don't have the truck running when you program, have the key on but truck not running. The book tells you this also. You will love it. Haven't tried Level 3 yet, still on level 2. I've had mine for about 6-7 months and I love it.

Read instructions.

Read instructions again.

Suggest you do not attempt to load program during weekend. In case of problems you can contact EDGE to walk you through the fix.

Update unit first. You don't know how long the unit has been on the shelf.

Follow instructions during install.

Enjoy.
