The thing is checking/tightening the cables are the first things I did in my campus parking lot because it made sense to me and had limited tools. Power one second, no power the next. Hmm...
I have no problem doing it myself, just don't have the time unfortunately.

It sounds plausable, just hoping there was a TSB or something so I could actually get them to fix it instead of paying $10 everytime until they figure it out. There's no lemon law in Canada so I can't even play that card. Just keep bringing it back until its fixed.
