Or do some research. It's no secret that the F150 has less hp than it's competition in the 1/2 ton class.

how do you figure? It will run 14s. you cant expect a 12 second car/truck just to get an SS badge. They are very nice trucks. while the original SS silverado was a nicer concept, it wasnt practical and wouldnt sell as well as a lower hp ext. cab version.

speaking of SS's, have you seen the 07/08' Silverado SS concept? The second chevy releases their Reg cab 07s im going test driving. Their concept SS silverado looks nice. 427, T56

Well if you have a sport truck usually they tend to be regular cab short box truck the Silverado SS is nice but It isn't powered by the 8.1 I was a 454SS owner and I really wanted to buy the new generation Silverado SS when they were flaunting the idea of a reg cab with a 6 spd. Well I hope they make a reg cab SS truck with the 427 with the T56 but they way they went before they ended up with a AWD extended cab truck which in my opinion should not have an SS badge to me an SS badge means BIG ENGINE AND HP and limited production or atleast a good looking vehicle that deserves it. The SS trailblazer on the other hand deserves it 400HP.

Edmunds.com reports that after killing the long-base versions of the TrailBlazer and GM Envoy, General Motors considers discontinuing the line-up altogether. Although, the company had planned to unveil redesigned versions of the SUVs no later than by the first half of year 2008, it has cancelled that overhaul and decided to wait until demand comes to virtual zero and then to shut the plant down for good. This is to be no later than 2010.

Regarding the Trailblazer, I think GM discontinuing them because they see the way the market is going. They will sell unibody crossover vehicles for hauling people and the body on frame Suburban/Yukon vehicles for towing. The Trailblazer/Explorer size body on frame vehicles are inefficient (heavy and thirsty) people haulers and not large enough or powerful enough to be a good tow vehicle.
