I think you can buy a wireless addon one. It's basically just a wireless key fob, but looks like the factory keypad.

I think you can also buy the factory door piece that has the keypad on it. And then wire it up. But someone would have to confirm that part. I know for an easy fix, you can buy the wireless one.

If your truck came with factory keyless the wiring tends to be in there. You could pull the panel and look. If the wiring is in there (XLT, FX4 up) then you can easily add the keypad handle, but only about one in 4 who do that get it to work without a trip to the dealer. On the other 3 out of 4 the dealer has to 'turn it on' in the module using a program on their diagnostic computer.
Some dealerships just plain can't do this. Others do it for 25-50 bucks. Easy job for a competent technician.

So check with the local dealerships about their ability to turn the keypad on before investing.

The stick on keypads, really just a glue on fob with a combination, only work with factory keyless systems, that does not included aftermarket, dealer installed, or even 'Ford' systems like the alarms and remote start systems.
Just the factory keyless.

Dealer keyless there is no easy way to add the door pad. Or STX, or XL trucks. I think I have the only non-factory keyless truck with a keypad that works. I had to design my own system. You really don't want to go there.

If your vehicle is equipped with keyless entry, the stick on key pad can be programmed the same way as the key fobs.after programming the fobs, just punch in the code on the key pad.The key pad is now programmed...Paul

My dealer installed the stick on key pad and an aftermarket alarm. It all works with the key fob.

Your truck came with a Factory installed keyless. It is an XLT. They all have factory installed keyless. When you install an aftermarket or Ford (Powercode) alarm etc. it has an option to allow you to use the factory installed keyless fobs. This is how the dealer programmed it. Nothing to it. If your truck had not come with a factory keyless you could not use the pad.
Follow? The stick on units are in a different frequancy range and different code system than Powercode, aftermarket keyless systems.

If you have the factory keyless you can program the new alarm system to work with the already installed factory systems fobs. Or you could pay to have installed the factory system. Except no one does that, dealer or aftermarket shop. Ford doesn't sell those parts as a set. It would include the module, all the wiring, etc.
STX and XL trucks don't come with that wiring. Exept of course those STX 'power group' trucks.
