2006 spark plug blow out

hey guys quick question. My dads 2006 f150 with the 5.4 just blew a spark plug out of the head half way through kentucky. I thought the 2004 and later trucks only had problems with getting the plugs out, not keeping them in. Should I be worried about my 06 or is this an isolated problem. I've always worried about my 2000, but, knock on wood, after 150000 no problems yet. My dad's 01 blew a plug out last year which was the main reason for the new truck. I havn't talked to him yet, but I bet he's thrilled.

I would say an isolated incident, and sorry for the bad luck. Anytime threaded aluminum is involved, there is always a chance for failure. I would say the plug was overtightened at the factory or the threads were damaged somehow.

First time I've heard that about the 2004+ F-150s. I'd say its an isolated issue.
