Also, on another note. I was deffintly thinking about getting this feature. Saves time and effort.

I'm sure the Lincoln parts would work.

I think you will have to change the windsheild for the sensor system to work. I know Chevys are this way, I did it for my wifes Chevy maybe Ford sensors are different, I doubt it.
