& extremeethan,

For the record those DS650 are so slow, the 700r is the only thing i have lost too.

Most DS650's are pretty slow even with once piped and jetted. But when done-up right like with a Ron Woods kit, or someone that knows what they are doing with them, they can haul. I saw one at Little Sahara (in Waynoka OK) running a Woods stage 3 kit and nitrous, in the drags he was holding his own with 500CC+ banshees and beating up on all the other 4 strokes.

I wish that I was alittle closer, I would love to go riding with some of you guys!

Procomp, very nice!!! Those 700's are a blast. That new motor has tons of power, even in the Grizzly the motor has enough power to pull the front end up. I found that out at the dealer meeting in Las Vegas this past summer, they had a test track built in one of Mandalay Bays parking lots for the debut of the Grizzly 700. The factory reps didn't like me pulling a wheely out of the woops section. Oh well, it wasn't mine!!

Congrats on the new wheeler!! After looking at the pics and reading you guys talking about riding makes me really wish that my Banshee wasn't put away for the winter. The only riding I will be doing is using the Kodiak for plowing snow.

for the record I can beat almost anyone at the dunes that isnt over suped up on my DS and got 2 bills on it I beat my raptor which is all done up eveytime my dad or my friend rides it. I dont know what DS you have raced but put your money where your mouth is and great choice of quads procomp. Ive got some bad new for you though, maybe the alba comes with better shocks but my factory shock suck *****. Even in the stiffest setting I bottom out hard when jumping. If it doesnt have an allready upgraded suspension you are serously going to want to look into one, exp riding hard pack.

Also does your ten hour tune up include adjusting the valves? If not I did mine at 15h and it woke the quad back up.

Yes they adjust the vavles, adjust the computer chip and go over the whole thing. It still has the factory shocks which are super soft, but I think im going with the extended arms with aftermarket piggyback shocks.

Highly recomended, As soon as I get my trucks suspension all done I am moving to a long travel for my 700 also. Its your best bet because the stock travle is so little. FYI I looked a lot into it and depending on your price range Works look the best they have the steelers which are a reasonable price or the black widows which the specs. look killer on

Your truck sags like a mother with just two bikes back there.

Well we had tons of gear back there also. Including a generator. But yea I do notice it sags a bit..But do keep in mind my truck sits lower in the rear without anything in the back, thats the way I lifted it.
