Can someone post a picture of what the switches look like that go in these blanks? I'm thinking about getting a factory switch to put in there to wire up a reverse camera, but wanted to see what they look like first.

Which ones are you talking about? There are switches for the foot pedals and there is also a 4x4 selector switch?

 

I'm talking about 3 black blanks on the right side of console behind the steering wheel. It's to the left of the 4x4 selector about the same level as the foot pedal switch on the other side of the steering wheel.
