it cant be right... im looking at your first picture vs second one and comparing your 1/4 mile times, and with altitude you loose speed/power, and with you added weight and you still can run a 16.93?????
I would say with tuner and intake, you might see a 45-55 hp gain.

Please get your actual weight or a scale print out.
The curb weight of that truck is roughly 5300#. Full tank is roughly 150#. Average guy is 200#. Your tires are maybe an extra 100# (if that)... Please on earth tell me where you got that number of 6500#

a gallon of gas is 8# x 28 or 32 gallons is 250-300#
Yah generally speaking your average loaded weight with gas+driver will be 1000# under your GVW of your vechicle sticker.
