Rear-end Shutter

Hi all,
heres the story, brought my truck in because rear shutter on take off, warped rotors and leaking tail light. They fixed tail light TSB for the brakes were done and they teflon greased the drive shaft. Grease worked for about 8 hours then shutter back again. brought it back dealer said there is no open TSB for this problem, the TSB they have calls to grease shaft and thats it.
Any thoughts to whats going on???? 2004 Lariat Screw.

thanks

If your truck has a limited slip rearend,I would suspect the clutch packs need to be replaced. It worked on mine.

Your truck must have been built right behind mine, I had all three of those problems as well.
Both tail lights were replaced, front disc's replaced, and they rebuilt the differencial. Ask them why they did not replace the "clutch packs"

Had the same problem. At about 24k had them check it and they replaced the fluid with the new recommended (75w-140) and made sure to add the friction modifier. Has not happened since. Now have 54k on it.

FYI, my 04 with 32K miles on it started to have a really light rear end shudder on take off about three weeks ago. I took it to the dealer Monday night(27Nov) and per a TSB they replaced the "Clutch Packs" in the rear end. All works fine now. If anyone needs anymore info on what was done, let me know. I have the TSB # on my paperwork at home.
