A/C Noise

I have a 2005 F150 XLT Super cab 4x4 with 5.4L. When I have my A/C on and I switch the air flow from defrost to panel i hear a clicking noise. Any ideas?

Also I disengaged the seat belt alarm and now my air bag sensor is not working properly. Is that a side effect of turning the seat belt alarm off?

Not sure about the a/c. Air bag sensor, Your talking the passanger sensor above the radio? I also disabled both seatbelt minder on my seats. No problems with my air bag sensor.

I don't think disabling the seatbelt minder caused it. But just in case re-enable
it and see if that fixes it. If so I'm because mine is fine. If not, Are you still under warranty? Take it in and have it checked out. It may be the sensor in the seat that has a problem.

Yes its under warranty. The truck only has 17,500 miles on it. And i bought the extended 5 year 60K bumper to bumper warranty. My previous truck was an 2005 4x4 silverado and i had it in the shop 11 times, Had the front end completely rebuilt twice. All under warranty luckily but i got rid of that POS and went back to this Ford. I'm a little skeptical of all trucks right now.
