LCD Mini Display

Is the mini LCD display that shows the odometer and temp. supposed to be lit when the lights are on. I just thought about it last night driving and couldn't remember if I've ever seen it lit up or not.

try rolling the dimmer switch- could have it super low?

Thats what I figured. I tried the dimmer and that wasn't it. Probably a pain to replace the bulb too.
