squeek from front suspension

hey guys, its been a while since my last post, anyway, im back with a quesiton.

I have a squeek coming from the front suspension and steering box. it happens when i turn the wheel from left to right as well as when the suspension flexes. This is only happening in the front though, not the rear. I havent had my truck serviced and it has 42k miles on it. Do yall think it just needs to be greased etc...or do i need new shocks or something else.
Thanks

Could be a bad tie rod end.
