Grr...pulled over

Hey guys...just wanted to vent. So here i am, leaving school today with my girlfriend and i didnt make it 20 yards before the township police pull me over. He pulled me over for my 20% tint and that my tires stick out. He was being nice about it and complementing the truck but boy does that make me mad. There goes $80 for the tint and 400 for the flares.

Tires sticking out is an offense?

edit: I guess it is. I noticed that different states have different regulations, but most seem to be a max 2 inches past the fender wall, and must be covered by a fender extension.

LOL talk about lame. Your tires hardly stick out more than an inch! I would have been all sorts of pissed off.

He was probably just sitting outside of the school just waiting to pull someone over no matter what.

Who cares if he complimented you, he still poped you with a ticket.

That bites.

Duke

Haha...that sucks. Thats like pulling over a fat chick and complimenting her then telling her to screw off. Or not...in cali there are some tough laws about front plates on your car, tint and wheel sticking outside the fenders. But I have been lucky so far..knock on wood.

That why you need another police friend to write off the tickets, ( ie write there fixed on the ticket ), take it to the station and pay the 10 filing fee.

All taken care of for 10 bucks!

Joe, check your pm's. You need to enable popups for f150online so you're notified when you get on here.
